A growing retail supermarket group in Dubai is currently hiring Supermarket Helper to support daily store operations across several branches. Due to increased customer demand, the company is expanding its floor and warehouse support teams.

About the Role
Supermarket Helpers play an important role in maintaining smooth store operations. They assist with product arrangement, stock movement, cleanliness and general support to the retail team.
This position does not require advanced qualifications but requires commitment, discipline and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
• Loading and unloading delivery stock
• Arranging products on shelves
• Assisting with stock replenishment
• Maintaining store cleanliness
• Supporting cashiers during busy hours
• Helping customers locate products when needed
• Organizing storage areas
• Removing damaged or expired items from display
The role may include both floor support and back-store assistance depending on branch needs.
Requirements
• Minimum basic education
• Physically fit and able to lift stock items
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Positive attitude and team spirit
Previous supermarket or warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates currently inside the UAE are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 1,800 – AED 2,500 per month
