A well-established supermarket chain in Dubai is currently hiring Merchandisers to support product display, stock management and in-store presentation across multiple branches.
The company is looking for detail-oriented candidates who can ensure products are properly arranged, labeled and displayed according to company standards.
This is a full-time retail position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 2,300 – AED 3,200 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Arranging products on shelves according to company layout guidelines
• Ensuring correct price tags and promotional labels are displayed
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Checking product expiry dates and removing damaged items
• Coordinating with warehouse team for replenishment
• Maintaining cleanliness and visual appeal of shelves
• Supporting promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
• Assisting customers when required
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Minimum high school qualification
• Previous experience as Merchandiser or Retail Assistant preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to follow visual merchandising standards
• Good organizational skills
• Physically fit to handle product arrangement tasks
Candidates currently available inside the UAE are preferred.
Working Hours
8–9 hours per day
6 days per week
Shift-based schedule depending on store operations
